**Responsibilities**

* Providing exceptional customer service to online customers, resolving their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring seamless and efficient customer experiences.
* Utilizing arenaflex systems and tools to efficiently manage customer accounts and orders, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, staying up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
* Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by arenaflex, demonstrating a resourceful and resilient personality, strong adaptability and critical thinking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**

To succeed as an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
* Resourceful and resilient personality traits, with strong adaptability and critical thinking skills.
