**The Role**

* Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with union members requesting our benefits
* Utilizing simple computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
* Ensuring quality assurance and leadership development through continuous improvement and training
* Interacting successfully with individuals and teams, maintaining good customer connections, and providing exceptional customer service
* Collaborating with management and staff members to achieve team goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications**
