**What You'll Do:**

As an Onsite Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* **Engaging directly with veterinary clinics**: Coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order inquiries with our clinic partners.
* **Researching and problem-solving**: Determine appropriate solutions for customers and clinic partners, and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Completing data entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter prescriptions into our healthcare software, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
* **Maintaining a high level of quality**: Ensure that all data entry and order processing is accurate and complete, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Operating with understanding and empathy**: Provide excellent customer service, with a willingness to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs.
* **Communicating with veterinary clinics**: Use our internal computer software and systems to research solutions and document clinic note accounts, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
* **Expecting a significant part of the workday to be outbound veterinary clinic/customer phone contacts**: Be prepared to engage with customers and clinic partners via phone, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues.

**What You'll Need:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **1-2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment**: We're looking for someone with a strong background in customer service or healthcare, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
