**Job Description:**

As an Operations Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers through live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers on a business's website, answering questions about products and services using pre-prepared responses provided by the business. **Key Responsibilities:**
