**Key Responsibilities**

As an Operations Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Entering auto consumer contract data into various software programs, ensuring data integrity and completeness
* Resolving Email to Case correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
* Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
* Providing basic-level customer support, responding to online inquiries, and resolving customer queries
* Collaborating with Quality Control, Client Services, and Operations Support Supervisor to resolve Data Entry and Email to Case queries
* Utilizing correct codes to enter data into the system
* Using multiple programs and systems for tracking, information gathering, and documenting customer interactions accurately
* Retrieving data from applications/files upon request
* Attending and adhering to scheduled shifts and breaks
* Demonstrating shift flexibility to support the business as required
* Utilizing tools, resources, and systems to process customer requests and provide accurate information
* Meeting predefined quality assessment standards
