**Key Responsibilities**

As an Operations Process Manager - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:

* Analyzing complex problems and communicating effective solutions to the team and the field.
* Developing and implementing process improvements that drive value to our stores' bottom line.
* Managing day-to-day processes related to your area of responsibility, including creating and maintaining project work plans.
* Identifying and resolving issues and roadblocks that arise in your area of responsibility.
* Responding proactively to unanticipated store needs and managing action steps for successful execution of strategic projects and process improvements.
* Building strong partnerships with the field, stores, and other stakeholders to drive business results.
* Preparing and delivering high-level insights and recommendations based on industry, business, competitive landscape, and consumer data analysis.
* Providing guidance and training to support team members, including Business Analysts, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our store operations processes and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 5+ years of experience in retail operations, process management, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as business, operations, or retail management.
* Strong business, functional, and/or store knowledge for your area of responsibility.
* Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of driving results and improving processes.
* Strong operations, retail, and/or field experience, with a deep understanding of store operations processes.
* Ability to partner and communicate effectively with the field, stores, and other stakeholders.
* High sense of urgency in responding to field needs and a strong big-picture, strategic thinking skills.
* Strong quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* PMI certification.
* 3+ years of retail experience or process management in a related area.
* Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of driving results and improving processes.
