**Responsibilities**

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
* Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, exceeding client expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve client issues and concerns

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
