**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes.
* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Working independently to resolve customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.

**Contract Length and Rate**
