**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns, while following instructions precisely
