**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a 12-month temporary opportunity. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours. After completing in-person, daytime training, you'll transition to a remote opportunity, working from the comfort of your own home with all necessary equipment provided.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and make sound judgments

* Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment
* Proficiency in typing (45 wpm) and speaking on the phone simultaneously
