As an Experienced Packaging Strategy Lead-Data, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth and innovation. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth and innovation
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform packaging decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging and data analysis
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
* Provide training and support to internal teams on data analysis and visualization tools and techniques
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4-year degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
* Strong expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling, including experience with tools such as R, Python, and SQL
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Strong knowledge of packaging industry trends and best practices
