As a chat operator, you'll engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, scheduling appointments, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses
* Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask

**Training and Requirements**
As a remote team member, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, covering:
* arenaflex's products and services
* Customer service best practices
* Chat software and tools
* Time management and productivity techniques
To ensure your success, you'll need:
* A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
* A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
