**Responsibilities**
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring our clients' customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients grow their business
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time and high volume of customer interactions
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
* Gaming experience, which can be beneficial in terms of multitasking and adaptability
* A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products and services

**Shift and Schedule**
* Part-time schedule, with 25-39 hours per week
