**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing product and service information to customers, including recommendations and promotions
* Processing customer transactions, including credit applications and new service activations
* Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meeting or exceeding productivity measurements, including customer contacts, service orders created, and product sales

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A High School diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of experience in a call center, customer service, or closely related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**
