Position Overview

We are looking for Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to join our team, working remotely with no in-office requirements. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of blithequark, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, make personalized product recommendations, and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture. Our Specialists are the heart of our business and have a major impact on our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional customer experiences across live chat, phones, email, and social media.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and respect, listening and offering creative solutions.
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
  • Take ownership of the experience you deliver with every customer, ensuring a personalized and positive interaction.
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks.
  • Flexible and reliable to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
