We're seeking individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Focus Group Panelists, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and participate in online or in-person discussions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
* Complete written and oral instructions for each panel
* Complete written surveys provided for each panel
* Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting
* Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
* Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
* Provide honest and constructive feedback on products and services
**Qualifications**
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
* Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
