Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during difficult times. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from the comfort of your own home office, with flexible scheduling options to choose from. We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your needs, including weekends and weekdays, with approximately 3-29 hours per week.

Available Shifts:

  • Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 7:00AM-3:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday 7:00AM-12:00PM
  • Saturdays Only 4:00PM-10:00PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2:00PM-6:00PM
  • Sundays Only 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday 10:00AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday 11:00AM-7:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support
  • Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
  • Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements:

To work from home, you will need to meet the following network requirements:

  • A speed test must be run from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net)
  • An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended
  • You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
  • No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
