**Job Description**

We're seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to arenaflex members, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding member experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer satisfaction will make all the difference.

**Responsibilities**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
- Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction ratings and issue resolution rates.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

- Average handle time (AHT) for customer inquiries
- First call resolution (FCR) rate for customer issues
- Customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT) for phone, email, and chat interactions
- Issue resolution rate for customer complaints
- Team collaboration and communication metrics

**Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
