**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to part-confronting visits in a timely and professional manner
* Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions, including addressing general product inquiries and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
* Utilizing critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to resolve request/item/conveyance issues
* Working as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff
* Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* A Web-based Business Part Administration Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program
* Previous customer support experience (desired)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Proficiency in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Bilingual capabilities (a plus)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* A solid foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief, friendly assistance, and exceptional closing rates
* Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Capacity to take ownership and tackle issues
