About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, resolving customer issues, and maintaining excellent verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:

  • Desktop or Laptop with Windows 11 or higher (No Chromebooks or MacBooks)

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous call center experience is preferred, but not essential

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule and Work Arrangements

This is a part-time role, with the following schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 4pm-6pm
