**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a Service Technician. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain machines, and maintaining refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance. This is a part-time role, with a flexible schedule that includes occasional weekend and holiday work.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, including refrigeration systems
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment

**Essential Qualifications**

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude and ability to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on weekends and holidays as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support
* Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
* Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
