**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced part-time customer support specialist to join our remote team as a Service Technician. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing mechanical services on our soft drink fountain equipment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer support-oriented solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., technical, mechanical, or engineering)
* Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting
* Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
