**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Part-Time Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally
* Collaborating with marketing teams to identify ways of optimizing the efficiencies of our paid media spend and developing revealing and examinations to inform and drive decisions
* Creating and disseminating custom detailing and examinations to illuminate our paid media strategy
* Developing KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive an emphasis on results and execution
* Playing a key role in supporting strategic direction by providing data-driven insights and recommendations

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business)
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or analytics role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to scope an issue, form pertinent questions, and draw important information and insights

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business)
* Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools
