**Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers
* Meeting client turnaround times by efficiently and effectively processing claims and authorizations
* Navigating imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
* Differentiating between various claim types and following established data entry guidelines
* Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
* Collaborating with team members to ensure work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
* Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements
* Performing quality reviews of team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
* Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed
* Alerting management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies
* Providing recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate
**Requirements:**
To be a successful candidate, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of experience in data entry or a typing-focused role
* Strong data entry/typing skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* High degree of accuracy
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with imaging software and data entry systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
