**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online chat
* Opening and submitting requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their requests
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
* Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous experience working in an IT Help Desk or online customer service environment (I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer)
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
