**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team. This team is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through client-driven pricing standards, flexible pricing engineering, and creative pricing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform pricing decisions
* Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive normalization and process improvement across local pricing groups
* Support external audits and reviews, including investigating issues, communicating with regional pricing teams, and implementing corrective actions
* Perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover new insights

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; master's degree preferred
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with financial data and analytics tools, such as SAS or SQL
* Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
