**Job Summary**

As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, updating client and company information, and ensuring the integrity of client taxes. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your data entry skills, work with a variety of systems, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Enter data into internal and external systems, including client employee payroll information and personal employee information, in a timely and accurate manner.
* Update client and company level information changes, such as delivery address changes and contact information updates, to maintain accurate account information.
* Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes.
* Collaborate with the team to resolve data entry issues and ensure data accuracy.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience.
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with data entry software and systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
