**Responsibilities:**

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
* Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Addressing questions related to orders placed by customers and providing clear and concise information
* Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
* Completing after-call information and data entry to the system

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
* Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
* Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
* A High School Diploma or equivalent

**Essential Skills and Competencies:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in data entry and computer software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
