**Job Type and Working Hours**

This is a Part-Time, Remote Position with evening hours, approximately 4 PM – 9 PM (20-25 hours per week). As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer support.

**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
