**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client inquiries in a timely manner.
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborating with the pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License**: We require a valid and active license to practice as a pharmacy technician in New Jersey.
* **Previous experience in pharmacy**: You should have a strong background in pharmacy, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* **LTC pharmacy experience preferred**: While not required, experience in long-term care pharmacy is highly desirable.
* **Knowledge of brand name and generic medications**: You should have a solid understanding of medications, including brand names and generic equivalents.
* **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**: As a pharmacy technician, attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work.
* **Moderate to advanced computer skills required**: You should be proficient in using computer software, including frameworks and ECM systems.
* **Great telephone etiquette a must**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service.
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* **Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus**: Experience with frameworks and ECM systems can be beneficial in this role.
