**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and handling client inquiries
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
* Clarifying orders as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and patients
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Collaborating with the pharmacy operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills
* High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with pharmacy software and systems
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
