**Why You'll Love This Role**
As a Ramp Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Moving and handling cargo and baggage to and from aircraft
* Operating and maintaining belt loaders
* Providing ground power and cooling services to aircraft
* Towing and pushing back aircraft from gates
* Cleaning aircraft interiors when required
* Positioning refreshment and baggage trucks around the airport area
* Working in various weather conditions
* Performing tasks that may involve irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays
**What You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll require:
* A strong ability to lift, load, dump, and transport packs and cargo to/from aircraft, baggage trucks, and conveyor lines
* Familiarity with and ability to use basic computer skills
* A positive and helpful attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills
* A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
* The ability to obtain necessary airport power or US Customs security clearances, if applicable
* Compliance with a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements
* The ability to obtain fly bridge certification
* Passing the US Postal Service personal investigation
