As a part-time remote chat support agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our U.S.-based customers via live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat
* Resolving questions and issues related to orders, billing, subscriptions, and promotions
* Using templates and saved replies to respond quickly and consistently
* Tagging each conversation for internal tracking and analytics
* Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
* Maintaining a helpful, professional, and calm tone throughout your shift
