**Job Description**

As a Contact Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming calls, orders, inquiries, complaints, and other customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
* Placing outbound calls to customers regarding account status, complaints, account collection, and other issues
* Directing calls for further problem resolution, if necessary
* Working significant overtime hours during times of heavy claims
* Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Good customer service skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work 6-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends, for catastrophic events
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Proficiency in using computer software and technology to access customer information and resolve issues
