**Role Summary**

As a part-time remote customer service agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support to our customers while working from the comfort of your own home. * Handle inbound customer service inquiries about shipments, accounts, and services
* Provide accurate information regarding package tracking, billing, and delivery times
* Record and document customer concerns using internal systems

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound customer service inquiries about shipments, accounts, and services
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
+ Provide accurate information regarding package tracking, billing, and delivery times
+ Resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and efficient manner

+ Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or management
+ Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and their needs are met
* Work efficiently from home while meeting performance expectations
+ Meet productivity and performance standards while working remotely
+ Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal performance

**Requirements**

* Must be based in or near New York, NY and authorized to work in the U.S.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote or call center setting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
