**Key Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

* **Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems** and help desk environments, with a strong understanding of EMR software and its applications.
