Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk Typing Specialist to join our team. As a crucial member of our operations, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data using your exceptional typing skills. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory accurately and efficiently
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up with precision and care
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring timely delivery
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining high accuracy rates
• View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot problems, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed
• Ensure product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict standards
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet, with equipment training and certification provided free of cost

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Lift up to 49 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds, showcasing strength and agility
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, maintaining a high level of physical activity
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, demonstrating manual dexterity and coordination
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable), navigating challenging environments with ease
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), showcasing comfort and confidence in high places
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge
