**The Role**
As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Customer Service Division of Business Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with a high degree of speed and accuracy
* Verifying account eligibility and accessibility
* Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders
* Preparing files for mass customer communications
* Assisting with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house
* Scanning or retaining documents
* Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests
* Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases
* Performing other related duties as assigned
**Key Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED)
* Two (2) years of experience as a high volume data entry operator or typist
* Strong computer skills, typing, and accuracy
* 10-key skills testing for consideration
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* An Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields
* Two (2) years of experience as a high volume data entry operator or typist
* Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
