**Job Summary**

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Back office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries. You'll be responsible for generating monthly and daily inventory reports, assisting with data review and consolidation activities, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

* Generate monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and timely data analysis
* Assist the Back office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
* Collaborate with the CFO to prepare reporting requests and ensure seamless data exchange
* Support the Controller with month-end closures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
* Perform various data review and consolidation activities to maintain data integrity and accuracy
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support

**Essential Qualifications**

* Educational background in accounting or a related field (a plus)
* 1 year of related experience in data entry, inventory management, or a similar field
* Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
* Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
* Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
