**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**

As a Part-Time Remote Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
* Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
* Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
* Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, operations management) preferred
* 2+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field
* Proven track record of leading teams and achieving exceptional results
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a logistics or e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
* Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
* Experience working with hourly workforce and labor laws
