**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (preferred)
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
* High school diploma or equivalent
