**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred
* 0-1 year of customer service experience (no experience necessary; training provided)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule (30-39 hours per week) with occasional overtime
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call center)
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
