**Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Patient Care Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekend Shifts (Remote), you will be responsible for:

* Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment and taking patient orders
* Verifying patient information and ensuring timely order placement
* Accurately transcribing patient profiles and performing data entry
* Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders as needed
* Obtaining necessary medical documentation and troubleshooting patient-related problems

**Key Qualifications**

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
* Strong customer service background
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
* Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Experience using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
* Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
