**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for servicing a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, including national carriers and standard market insurers. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and ensuring the accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
* Assisting with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless policy management
* Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to ensure expertise and accuracy in policy management

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of experience in insurance, specifically in personal lines policies (home and auto)
* Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license (required)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency in insurance software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and policy accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications**
