**Responsibilities:**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing transactions, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and performing other tasks as assigned
* Assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations
* Working collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Processing prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and pouring medications
* Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data
* Reporting any errors or discrepancies to the pharmacy team in a timely manner
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
* Performing other tasks as assigned by the pharmacy team or management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
* PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience with pharmacy software and systems
* Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Experience with customer service software and systems
* Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management
