**Job Summary**

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. You will work closely with pharmacies, client adjusters, and claimants to resolve medication-related issues, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. **Responsibilities**

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in the pharmacy network
* Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
* Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits
* Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
* Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
* Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
* Performing other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions
* Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

* Experience in workers' compensation law
* Editing skills
