**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Accurately and efficiently processing prescription orders for patients and providers, ensuring excellence in data entry and quality control.
* Communicating with providers via outbound calls and electronic communications to verify prescriptions and resolve any issues.
* Effectively discerning and triaging customer service and pharmacy technician responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care.
* Proactively resolving data inaccuracies and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
* Meeting daily performance targets, including:
+ Provider communication (20-30 calls per day)
+ Processing refill requests from providers (20-30 per day)
+ Processing patient orders (170-200 per day)

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A Pharmacy Technician License
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in data entry and electronic health records systems
