**Your Role**

As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
* Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
* Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
* Collaborating with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes and tracking progress
* Interacting with stakeholders at all levels to achieve process goals

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or a related field)
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
