**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
* Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
* Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
* Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
* Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
* Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices
* Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
* 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, quality assurance)
* 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
* Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process re-engineering
* Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Certification in process improvement or quality assurance (e.g. Six Sigma, CQA)
