**Experienced Project Management Professional - Remote Customer Service Operations**

**Key Responsibilities**

As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division, including:

* Organizing and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
* Developing and maintaining project artifacts, including project plans, contracts, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
* Managing multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams and stakeholders
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve project goals
* Developing and implementing effective communication strategies and processes to ensure seamless information sharing and stakeholder engagement
* Supporting the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional teams
* Contributing to the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for portfolio management

* Proven experience and track record of delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity

* Ability to lead and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports and presentations for senior leaders
* Ability to perform effectively in your current role

* Where permitted by relevant law, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while not currently employed by arenaflex

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
